Mike was such a pleasure to work with. A true professional and he provided outstanding solutions for us to put an additional bedroom in our flat. And above all, he's a great human being.

Mike was great from the start. He understood the brief well and quizzed me about things he was unsure of. He came up with innovative designs and was always responsive to my requests for change. Mike has been a key person in the planning process of our rear extension and loft conversion project. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to adapt to our changing needs were invaluable. We were building novices and architect Mike Bustos from Megaplan "held our hand" and helped and guided us through the whole experience of creating a new kitchen extension. It wasn't painless, we had to sack and replace a building contractor mid-project, but Mike was always in our corner giving us great professional advice, above and beyond any contractual obligations we had with Megaplan. To counter our lack of experience, Mike had to produce several iterations of ideas and plans for us. He then nursed the project through the Planning Application stage by liaising with the authorities in advance and securing full permissions. Mike backed us when it came to issues with the builders and glaziers and helped us all the way through to completion. His unflagging enthusiasm, friendliness, patience and understanding was invaluable to us. We and the cat are now enjoying our bigger, lighter space. We cannot recommend Mike and Megaplan highly enough.

We would like to sincerely thank Mike and his team for all their ideas, guidance, and support throughout our entire building process. From the initial drawings and navigating planning approvals to the advice given regarding the building contractors, they have been invaluable. Like all projects, we faced challenging moments during the build, and Mike was instrumental in helping us deal with the building controller, party wall agreements, and builders.
